Heritage Roofing Process

We will prepare a refurbishment plan making the best use of existing materials, develop a schedule of works that will cause least interuption to your daily life, and  carry out the work to a high standard  keeping you informed at every step of the way.

Step one

We will inspect your roof, document the findings and if required will consult with the local listed buildings, heritage buildings or conservation officer on your behalf, and then provide you with a free quotation.

Step Two

Once given the go ahead and all relevant approvals have been obtained, we will provide a method statement and make arrangements for scaffolding and removal of waste materials from site.

Step Three

All work will be carried out by appropriately trained and experienced staff. At all stages you will be kept informed of the progress. On completion all equipment and waste material will be promptly cleared away.

General Roofing Process

From making your intial enquiry we will scope and provide a free quote for the work. We will use quality materials and qualified, experienced staff, conduct quality checks, remove debris and tidy the premises. All debris and old materials will be removed from the property and disposed off correctly.

Step one

We will provide you with advice and a free quotation for all new roof projects. We will produce a schedule of works so that you know exactly how the work will be done and the timescale.

Step Two

For roof repairs or refurbishment we carefully remove all existing roof tiles or slates and roof timbers.  Any remedial work to the roof structure will be carried out in readiness for the refurbishment.

Step Three

New roofing will be laid, any ventilation, fascias, soffits and guttering required. If chimney repairs are included in the schedule this will be carried out. On completion, the site will be promptly cleared.
